COHI is a coffee pour over made with the slip casting process, designed to be used on any mug or vessel.
The pour-over method, also known as filter coffee or drip coffee, involves pouring hot water on coffee grounds through a filter. Some prefer this method over others because it accentuates the intricate flavors and aroma of the coffee. The water extracts coffee oils and fragrances in a consistent time and pressure, making the coffee clear, clean, and consistent.
Making coffee is like a daily ritual for some, and can be a relaxing thing to do. I wanted to make a coffee pour over that is visually simple, and easy to use and carry around, to create that relaxing environment.
